Zen  Master Dianwu Shi    释滇悟

Master  Dianwu, born in 1971 in Dali, Yunnan, was ordained at the age of 11 and embarked  on a lifelong journey to deepen his understanding of the Buddha’s teachings. His  pilgrimages through rugged terrains like Sichuan-Tibet, Qinghai-Tibet, and  Xinjiang-Tibet, where he endured extreme hardship, honed his resilience and  commitment. A transformative moment came when he crossed the Himalayas to India  and received the direct transmission of Satipaṭṭhāna  (Four Foundations of Mindfulness) from Zen Master Gusu, a revered guardian of  Buddha's original teaching. This profound practice, focused on mindfulness of  the body, feelings, mind, and phenomena, deepened his spiritual path. After 16  years of seclusion on Mount Tai Bai, where he intensely practiced Vipassana  meditation and studied the Agama Sutras, Dianwu emerged in 2016 to share his  teachings with the world.

（滇悟法师，1971 年生于云南大理，11 岁剃度出家，自此踏上毕生研习佛法的征程。他曾穿越川藏、青藏、新藏等艰险之地，在极端困苦中锤炼出坚韧的意志与坚定的信念。转折时刻始于他翻越喜马拉雅山脉抵达印度，从守护佛陀原始教法的尊宿姑苏禅师处亲承 “四念处”（Satipaṭṭhāna）—— 即观身、观受、观心、观法的正念修持法脉，这一实修体系深刻奠定了他的修行根基。此后，滇悟法师于太白山隐居十六载，精进修习内观禅法并深研《阿含经》，2016 年重入世间，将所悟教法传予世人。）
